Our returns policy is designed to be as effortless as slipping into one of our bestselling going-out tops.

1. THE REBEL RETURNS POLICY

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached
  • Be in the original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits unless faulty. All sale items are final sale – as exclusive as our limited edition pieces.

2. HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Email our team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and details about which items you’re returning
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your items securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return using the method we recommend (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)

3. RETURN REQUEST TEMPLATE

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your new item.

5. EXCHANGES

Want a different size of that curve-hugging skirt or another color of our rebel-approved trousers? Exchanges are processed as follows:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

6. FAULTY ITEMS

Found a flaw in your fashion statement? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item – because even rebels deserve perfection.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs fees for returned items – these are your responsibility. For our Asian customers (where available), please check local regulations.
